The Côte-Saint-Luc Community and Aquatic Centre consolidates existing sports infrastructure, with a park, pool, wading pool and outdoor pavilion as well as a gym.

The new 25-metre, 10-lane indoor pool was designed to attract national and international competitions to Côte-Saint-Luc. A second pool, set in the same enclosure and opening onto the park, is intended for young children and families.
The spaces for the building’s intergenerational component are located on the second floor, which includes a reception hall with removable walls, classrooms for dance and visual arts, a training room, spaces for young people and other spaces for the elderly. A branch of the municipal library and a childcare centre have also been established near the lobby.

The main entrance, forming a central passageway between the new facilities and the nearby gym, was designed as a celebration area used for receptions and festivities of every sort.
